today was the best training ever.
national coach came and sort of trained us.
NO 2.4KM RUN :DDDDDDDDDDD hohohoho.

then the game was the best i tell you.
everyone was so determine to get the bloody ball.
i put my 101% into it la. hahaha.

anyway tmr is the seniors farewell (!)
whoo we the juniors can do it !
