hello wello.
I doubt i will update this dead blog unless there's new events in my life
like my birthday, cross country, friend's birthday, outings etc etc
for now, studies first. i can only take my Olevels once, and i dun wanna live in regret like last year
:) so pop by to my blog like 1 day in every month to see if i have updated my blogggggg=D

Chinese Olevel.
paper 1 was ok-lor... i think my plot for my compo rocks haha(like real)
when i flipped the question page, the 3 questions for the compo was like.... what?!?!?
it was much tougher than last year's olevel(which i also sat for) man sighs

so i chose the 'movie' question. it asked the candidates to state a movie that you have just watched and how it affects you and your feelings, something like that uhh...

i anyhow made up this movie la, 'll just summarise what i wrote for my compo(skip this part if u ain't interested). so started of the compo saying that my wish since young was to be selected for this basketball national squad team, and when the chance was given to me when i was sec4, i thought of the negative effects of it like spending less time w friends & family etc etc
then i wanted to give up my chance of being in the bball national squad, until my friend asked me to watch this movie. In the movie, i described how a boy struggled to train hard like running up and down the stairs 20laps etc just to be able to enter the olympics. so my learning point was to be like the boy, willing to take risks and be daring to pursue your dreams. LOL TTM

so ya, paper 2 was also horrendous.
TWO marks flew just like that for making such a stupid, silly mistake.
Question 11 of my paper says:
In the passage, what kind of accident is that?

• a coincidence
• a murder
• a miracle
• an accident

being a stupid ass like me, i put MIRACLE as the answer.
how can a accident be a miracle sia?!?!? BANG WALL
anw the answer is 'an accident'.
what kind of olevel question is this man zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz -.-!

screwed yet again.

• passage had this HALCYON word. and WRY word. and of course, Clara-the-great mispronounce the words.
  
• the last sentence was 'grandfather led out a wry smile...'
• and i said 'grandfather led out a wry SMELL....' -.-
  
• conversation asked me something about multitasking. and i ended up quoting an example from f&n, what dovetailing and all -.- argh gone case.
• most of my classmates all were asked only 3 questions, but the teacher asked me SIX ques. omg, it's that a bad thing? (i hope not, the express students said their teacher asked them 6 too)
