USS trip with clique on Shawn's 18th birthday:)



Thank God for the fine weather during the USS trip if not it will be very troublesome!
Well, though we took very little pics, we had so much fun there :)
didnt had the courage to ride the Galectica uh, BUT i rode the mummy ride 10times!!! eh quite an accomplishment alr la, since i'm so scared of heights HAHA had so much fun with clique exploring USS as it is my first time there. some parts were boring, but the climax was when we saw the vietnam top models 2011!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HAHAHAH we(Preya and I) went high and we decided to take a picture with them! :) :) [wonder if we will be featured in the next episode of vietnam's top model!]

OKAY so we are done with OP like finally!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
really thank God for guiding us through this whole period cause we spend super many days/nights practicing.... plus we were the LAST group slot in tpjc thus having more days to practice! Am so glad it's finally over:)


i think initially our group was not really steady. like we know that our grp has diverse personalities and had to work together.. which was quite tough, like have quiet/smart/competitive grpmates. we even had conflicts before cause some feel that others are a freeloader etc

however, through this 2 weeks, i realize that we really work as a grp through our OP(oral presentation for our alevel project work, in case some ppl dk what is OP haha) and help each other practice as much as possible. meeting up almost everyday for this past 2 weeks at kenneth's house, i can really see the unitedness and teamwork we had as a group:) like y'all know i suck in the Q&A section, but you peeps will help me to think of answers and potential ques(esp you 3 guys)!


just wanna say like thank you for helping me this whole pw period. though we hate pw so muchhhhhh, i really think we enjoyed ourselves during this period cause in the midst of working hard, we will somehow input so much fun and joy in our meetings like playing xbox, cycling to siglap for dinner and laughing at each other's mistakes HAHA

Today is 11.11.11! yes, i made a short wish at 11.11am and it came true too!
i wished that today's alevel OP will run smoothly, and IT DID!!!!! :)
My current top 8 wishes:

1. Pass through the OGL interview and become an OGL
2. Get an A for PW
3. my heel will stop being pain!!!!! (i think cause i dropped my slipper while riding bike, and hence my leg is really pain cause i stepped on the paddle barefooted!!)
4. Family+friends healthy+happy (this has been my birthday wish for the longest time ever hahaha)
5. hmmmm, do well for Alevels next year??? get into one of the 3 local uni i guess.
   
6. *secret*
7. christmas to hurry come!!!!! + church building will be done up to have our christmas service there:)
8. lose weight cause i'm v fat!!

hahah though i don't believe that wishes do come true, it's fun typing my wishlist out on this unique date!!!!!!!:)

Had PW meeting at Kenneth's house again today and had a surprised bday cake for his 18th birthday when we were about to leave! :)

Hope my alevel Oral Presentation runs well on friday and that can score an A for PW!!!! :/

Friday was a super hectic but fun day!

1. OGL interview
2. Project work's oral presentation dry run
3. Town with the 3 girls- pet meh fish
   

Met up with the girls and head to town for dinner :)
had Breeks and ordered a pizza for only $12+, so worth it!
walked around orchard before heading to swensens for Ice cream.
& I had such an awesome TGIF hehe








OH YES so the OGL(orientation group leader) interview's questions was interestingly weird. hahaha the questions are

• Choose one hairstyle that describes you??
• If an elephant suddenly appears in this room now, what will you do?
• What if the elephant appeared during orientation, what will you do with your OGMs?
• Describe the sch with one word.

hahaha the rest of the ques are pretty straightforward! hehe thank God for not letting me screw up the interview :) hope i can pass thru and become an OGL next yr ;)

This week is so packed with stuffs!!! :(

My Alevel Chinese paper was on monday and i somehow screwed it up! i think the whole nation spotted the wrong topic for paper 2's first section. when i flipped the paper and saw 'teng ye xian sheng', i was like OH NO.. then my compo was quite lame so i dont think i can get an A or B :'(

tuesday> went to Kenneth's house to practice PW OP.. in the end ended up playing xbox and all hahaha preya's grp also came! stepping into dafne street made me all nostalgic again cause i used to live the same street as K for erm 8 years? and when i past by my house, the mango tree was gone!!! wonder why the new owner chop down my tree :@
