attend adam kool workshop with 4A,4B & netballers.
didn't go with class cause of competitions ):
but i think going with 4G is better lor ,less stressful.
gonna return home @ 9pm each night till sat.
How nice if we have night training :o

my height go down by 2cm sias !?!? _I_
but weight go down by 2kg too(happy).haha.
